The Gateway
The formula of Viewpoint was décor, décor, décor. The water, the chessboard, the tea chamber, the drapes, the basket bar, the local and organic beauty treats “from the forest, not from the factory”. Even breakfast came on elongated plates.
The culinary touch: The Viewpoint (by far the best restaurant of this trip, “Nouvelle Shan Cuisine”). We mixed the degustation sets, and I would go there again, anytime.
