Rheinfelden

...set right next to a very green Rhein as summer swimmers drifted in the current.

St. Gallen

Surprisingly vibrant thanks to the outdoor live music performance and international food stalls.

In a flash the evil bunny bounced around the burgundy hot Rathaus, transcended back to the world of Shantaram on the lawn which could well have been down under, overlooked the village from the top floor closet through the big glass before the small glass found its way, before sealing Easter with chicken green curry after all the morning treats. The metal curtains drew open, drew close on the plaza itself before sewa flowed onto a temporary halt, and the sun chased astigmatism off the darkening German autobahn.

Edris - Amy - Kristi hang out. The very hilly Lausanne for the Singaporean, just like Albert Park, apparently.

Geneva

With its lake and parks and relaxing atmosphere, Geneva was a city I could imagine living in. People gather from all around the world and apart from that crazy man who wanted show me what I definitely didn't want to see, I had an amazing time thanks to Carissita, Lucas and Aida.

Brunch and walk. Lawn and lake.
Life changed. I changed.

Bern

Highlight of Bern was dinner with typical Swiss food with the girls. It was just great to see Sarah, Jo, Aida and Carissa again! Bern was very cosy and it didn't seem as boring as other Swiss often insist... but then they have lived there so they must know better.

Zürich

From one Swiss city to another Zurich

Before going there many people warned me how expensive Switzerland was. Just to put it into perspective the train ticket from Zurich to Bern (approx. 1 hour) costed more than the ticket from Vienna to Zurich (overnight train, sleeping cart with breakfast included for approx. 8 hours). The way houses are build on the hills in Zürich reminded me a little bit of some windy city. Just like the other Swiss cities, what surprised me was how Zurich was much smaller than expected. I had the pleasure of the company of proud residents of Zurich, Jih-Ming and Marcel to show me the best.

Switzerland, Zurich
I cannot quite understand why I didn't have any amazing photos of what was amazing.
We did what we do best: sitting outside in the sun.
Zurich enchanted.
