Contrary to as what I had in mind for the "mediterranean", Lisbon was surprisingly somewhat stiff as a first impression, but the city has its unique charm. Along with Majken, Zuzka and Darko, we had a lovely time enjoying coffee and tarts at outdoor cafes, exploring Portugal's glorious marine history, and looking around in the small cute stores. I even had a nice conversation with the houselady in Mariana's house with me speaking Spanish and she speaking Portuguese, at least we understood each other that way (with some "aber"s in the way)
