Supposedly like London with its bridge, the walls and the first square were up for a good start, the streets gave it momentum, the impeccable Salade Oceane with the seemingly most common ingredients with the most extraordinary outcome locked it. The Palace of the Popes, Notre Dame des Doms cathedral and other UNESCO worthy heritage sites were just cherries on the cake. The colour and the one though, reflected the partial truth of the bigger picture.
