Before I could even begin to visualise others' past, the luggage lost claim number CAIMS49157 came into my life and I went without luggage for the whole time in Egypt. Visited the pyramid, ticked the "I've been there" box, but I came out from the Great Pyramid laughing because there were so many tourists, the climbing was kind of fun and I had no idea what I had just seen.
