After finally reuniting with Elena on Plaza de Armas and exploring the centre in Lima, we spent time in Miraflores and ate grapes in el Parque del Amor at night surrounded by lovers. Walking along the coast the next day, it still felt nothing like we were somewhere that was part of Lima, or even part of Peru.
